Celia's original music weaves elements of jazz, pop and folk/rock with perceptive lyrics inspired by artists like Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen and Richard Thompson, all of whose music she also covers. The songs touch upon broad-ranging themes including friendship, the effects of war, and overcoming cynicism.
